Terms and Condition /Terma Perjanjian

PERJANJIAN SEWA KERETA/CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

Bayaran/Payment

1. Semua bayaran hendaklah dibuat sebelum kereta digunakan

Every payment must be made before the car can be used.

2. Sebarang pembayaran untuk sambungan sewaan hendaklah dibuat setelah tamat tempoh sewaan sebelumnya.

Any payment for rental extension must be made after the end of the previous rental.

3. Pengisian petrol tidak termasuk dalam bayaran.

Petrol or fuel does not include in the payment made.

4. Pihak kami tidak menerima segala bentuk cek, jaminan atau kad kredit. Semua pembayaran hendaklah dibuat dalam Ringgit Malaysia Tunai.

Any kinds of cheque, guarantee or credit card are not accepted. Payment must be made in Ringgit Malaysia Cash.

Kereta/Car

1. Kereta hendaklah digunakan di dalam Semenanjung Malaysia sahaja.

The car can only be used in Peninsular Malaysia.

2. Kereta hendaklah digunakan bukan untuk tujuan menyalahi undang-undang seperti perlumbaan, aksi berbahaya dan sebagainya.

The car cannot be utilized for any wrongful reason for example racing, dangerous act and etc.

3. Sebarang bentuk denda dan saman sepanjang tempoh penyewaan adalah tanggungjawab peminjam.

Any fines or penalty during the rental duration are the borrower`s responsibility.

4. Sebarang kerosakan yang terjadi sepanjang tempoh pinjaman adalah tanggungjawab peminjam dan hendaklah diberitahu kepada pemilik kereta dengan segera.

The car owner must be informed immediately (ASAP) about any car damage and the borrower must incur any liability.

5. Kenderaan hanya untuk kegunaan jalan tar sahaja.

The car can only be used on the road.

Peminjam/Borrower

1. Salinan butir-butir diri peminjam perlu disertakan bersama perjanjian ini.

Copy of borrower details must be attached to this agreement.

2. Peminjam perlu memastikan keadaan kenderaan adalah sama seperti keadaan asal. Jika gagal, peminjam perlu membayar kos untuk mengembalikan kereta kepada keadaan asal.

It is on the borrower liability to keep the condition of the car as similar as at the time the car was borrowed. Failure to do so will shift the liability to pay any cost and damages on the borrower in order to repair the car.

3. Tiada penambahan, modifikasi dan perubahan terhadap perjanjian ini akan mengikat antara peminjam dan pemilik melainkan terdapat perjanjian bertulis yang ditandatangani kedua-dua belah pihak.

This agreement will bind both parties (borrower and car owner) unless there is another written agreement signed.
